The price for one pack or one carton?
The price quoted is for one carton with ten packs, at least two cartons free shipping and no other service fee.

Can I buy one pack?
No, at least two cartons, the two cartons of cigarettes may not be the same item. eg: you can buy two chunghwa hard or one chunghwa hard and one chunghwa soft.

How to place an order and pay it?
Contact us with email or whatsapp and make a payment to us via PaypalMe.

Why some items was unpacked?
(1)It is better to protect items and avoid the damage of violent express delivery.
(2)It is easier to clear customs in a few countries according to our shipping experience many years.

Can I use fake name for delivery?
We advise against it, we need you the right address, name, phone number to ensure you can recieve the goods, Refunds due to incorrect address information will not be accepted.

When will order shipped?
We will ship your order once payment is finished. Please allow 2-3 days for your payment to clear our bank account if you paid by bank transfer.

How long is the shipping time?
Delivery time generally range from 5-30 days depending on your country, sometime on seasons, flights, even COVID-19 epidemic. Fortunately, most delivery take about three weeks, the delivery time is a bit random and to our great regrets, there is nothing we can do about it.
